4e Power Action Type::Move Action Personal
Effect: You are lifted off of the ground into quick flight. You gain a fly speed equal to your land speed and you gain a +1 bonus to attack and AC during this turn.
Air Preferrence: You gain a bonus to speed equal to your dexterity modifier until the end of the turn.
