Yug-Ut are creatures that died either in a cold area of the Elemental Chaos or somewhere with a strong connection to a cold area of the Elemental Chaos. They appear to be humanoid skeletons with icicles hanging off them. In combat they snap off the icicles and throw them at enemies.

Yug-Ut Chieftain Tactics

A yug-ut chieftain hangs back from combat, attacking with its icicles. At the beginning of combat it uses flurry of spikes. If a retreat is needed (or its enemies try to retreat) it uses flash freeze on as many opponents as possible.

A character knows the following information with a successful check.

DC 15: Yug-Ut are mysterious beings with a connection to the Elemental Chaos. It is said that they snap off icicles that are frozen to their bodies to throw at enemies.
DC 20: Yug-Ut are created when a humanoid dies in a cold region of the Elemental Chaos or a place with a strong connection to cold region Elemental Chaos. They look like skeletons covered in icicles.
