The skies roar with rage as Ikazuchi-no-kami (a thunder god) sends down a vicious attack that can deafen foes and push them down, too.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Divine, Implement, Thunder
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 1 within 10 squares
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d6 + Charisma modifier thunder damage, and the target is knocked prone and is deafened until the end of your next turn.
