Overcharge: When you start your turn, you can roll a d20.
10+: Until the end of the encounter, your Regeneration increases to 10.
9 or less: You develop cancerous growths. You are Slowed and take a -2 penalty to attack rolls (save ends both). You cannot save against this effect this turn.
