Wizard (Plushie Substitution Level)

Plushie Wizard Substitution Levels

Note: Only Eijilund Plushies are eligible for these. Plushie Wizards are not terribly common, perhaps because they have no need to study what should come naturally to them. Still, some like the versatility and keep around their tomes, which often have the plushie flair of being the only spellbooks with pop up pictures and arcane notes written in crayon.

Scribe Self (Ex): By making doodles and notes on their body a plushie wizard gains some independence from his spellbook. The plushie wizard may store spells on his body with a number of 'pages' equal to 1+Cha modifier, minimum 1. These are just extra spellbook pages and still require the gold to write things down, and an Erase spell can destroy his work.

Metaplush Magic (Su): Plushies delight in tweaking spells in new and sudden ways, even on the fly. At 5th level a plushie may select any +1 metamagic (even one he does not have the feat for). He gains the ability to spontaneously apply that metamagic to his spells 3/day. For example, the plushie could select the Silent Spell metamagic and cast silently 3/day. This does NOT count as possessing the metamagic feat however. At 10th level he may select up to a +2 metamagic to do, again gaining its use 3/day. At 15th he may select up to a +3 metamagic, and at 20th he may select up to a +4 metamagic. Each ability is able to be used separately 3/day without adjusting the spell slot it is in.

gollark: ddg! Solomonoff induction
gollark: Consciousness is poorly defined and no.
gollark: I guess if it was actually totally indistinguishable that might require running a human mind somewhere which would maybe count.
