The wind, to your enemy is like a sharp razor when it strikes their bodies.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 2
Requirement: You must be calling the spirit of the wind.
Target: Each enemy in burst you can see
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity modifier force damage.
Two Blade Fighting: You gain a bonus to the damage roll equal to half the maximum damage of your offhand weapon.
