4e Power Action Type::Standard Action Melee Weapon
Target: 2 Adjacent Creatures
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC; Two attacks
Hit: Primary target: 1[W] + Dexterity modifier damage
Secondary target: 1[W] + Wisdom modifier lightning damage.
Effect: Calls the spirit of the wind.
Special: When charging, you can use this exploit instead of a melee basic attack.
