4e Power Usage::Daily  Martial, Elemental, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 1
Requirement: You must be calling the spirit of the wind.
Target: All creatures in burst you can see.
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Dexterity modifier damage.
Special: You can use your power of the elements extra damage when using this power.
