Webs of Dark Terrors	Arachnomancer 4e Power Type::Attack 13
Using the power of the arachania, you create tangled webs and summon some dark creatures in spider form to infest the webs.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arachane, Poison, Summoning, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 2 within 20 squares
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 3d6 + Charisma modifier poison damage.
Effect: The power's area is difficult terrain until the end of your next turn. Any creature that starts its turn in the area takes 5 poison damage. You can dismiss the effect as a minor action.
