4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Charisma modifier damage.
Special: You can shift 2 squares before the attack. increase the damage to 2[W] + Charisma modifier damage. at 11 level, and 3[W] + Charisma modifier damage at 21 level.
