3e Summary::You have trained with only one type of weapon your entire life.
Benefit: You gain proficiency with one type of weapon.
Drawback: You lose all other weapon proficiency you would gain from race, class, or other. Unless you spend a feat to gain them back.
Normal: You would not have access to the weapon you chose.
