Fire sweeps across your foe when your weapon sets him ablaze. It continues to burn if they do not stop to put it out.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Primal, Fire
4e Power Action Type::No Action	Personal
Trigger: You hit an enemy with a basic melee attack
Target: The enemy you hit.
Effect: The target takes 2 extra fire damage. If the target moves on its next turn, it takes 2 fire damage. Level 21: The extra damage increases to 5 fire damage, and 5 fire damage if the target moves on its next turn.
