For a quick moment, the raw powers of the mujina (race of polymorphing badgers) runs through your hands and weapon with a primal-like force. (Credit goes to the people who created the movie Treasure of the Sierra Madre for the powers title.)
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Divine, Weapon, Force
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 1
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. AC
Hit: 3[w] + Charisma modifier force damage, and the target is slowed.
Special: If you happen to hit a target marked by your tsuku-aura with this attack, then that target is also dazed (save ends.)
