Way of the Platinum Star

Monk Subclass

Monks of the Platinum Star embody the power of the star tarot card and gain powers relating to their strength and speed in combat.

Star Platinum

At 3rd level, you gain the strength and speed of the Platinum Star. You can expend 1 ki point to get advantage on all Strength and Dexterity checks for 1 minute. As a bonus, during this time, your deflect missiles doesn't require any action.

Additionally, you gain proficiency in Perception and Investigation and you gain blindsight up to 15 ft.

ORA ORA ORA

At 6th level, your find yourself able to preserve ki. On a critical hit, you may use flurry of blows on that same creature and not expend any ki.

Star Finger

At 11th level, you learn how to extend the reach of your strikes through the ki in your body. Your unarmed strikes can now reach targets up to 10 ft. away and you can choose to deal piercing damage instead of bludgeoning.

The World

At 17th level, you master the ultimate ability of the Platinum Star: THE WORLD, an ability that grinds the very gears of time to a halt. As an action, you may expend 8 ki points and cast the spell Time Stop.
