Way of the Perfect Fist (5e Subclass)

Way of The Perfect Fist

A true monk must perfect all aspects of the self in order to attain the enlightenment that many seek, this is that true monk.

Monks of the Perfect Fist choose to focus inward with their ki, instead of outward like other disiplines. This allows them to master unarmed combat in a way most have never seen before.

Mastery of The Fist

Starting at 3rd level when you choose this tradition, you have begun to look deeper inside yourself and that insight has allowed you to push past your regular limits. You may now add your wisdom modifier to your unarmed strike damage. Also when you land an unarmed strike you may expend 1 ki to do an extra damage die.

Mastery of The Soul

At 6th level, you have begun to find deeper parts of yourself that you didn't even know existed. You may add your Wisdom modifier to your maximum amount of Ki.

Mastery of The Body

By 11th level, you have mastered the idea of mind over muscle. You can now spend 2 Ki Point to deflect melee attacks and magical damage types. This is a free action however it costs double the Ki points if used in the same round. The damage you take is reduced by 1d10 + your dexterity modifier.

Perfection of The Self

By 17th level Your mastery of ki allows you to heighten your natural abilities. Anytime you make an ability check or saving throw, you may expend Ki points to add a bonus to that roll (maximum of +5). The bonus is equal to +1 for every Ki point spent. This ability must be used after the roll but before the results are given.

gollark: You only get energy out by moving toward "more stable" things.
gollark: You can't (usefully) do fission with deuterium/tritium because of the binding energy per nucleon thing.
gollark: It doesn't have to look nice. My first (working) rocket was just a flat panel with the necessary amounts of engines, tanks, seats and guidance computers.
