Way of the Belly Dancer

Her fists moving with unparalleled speed, an elf dressed in green silks spins quickly, her hips moving up and down to the rhythm, she ducks and dodges, and the stream of flame issuing from the dragon's mouth passes around her harmlessly.

Curling her abdomen, a half-elf moves rhythmically, and the orc's blade merely bounces off of her folded skin.

Moving her chest from side to side, a human shakes her breasts, mesmerizing the horde of cultists attacking her. She smiles, watching as the rest of her party sneaks by effortlessly.

With amazing beauty and stunning physical power, Monks of the Way of the Belly Dancer use their natural beauty to mesmerize enemies in combat, and combine this with intense training. They usually wear revealing clothing made of ornate silks, coins, and jewels that somewhat covers the breasts and lower body, but leaves the midsection fully exposed.

Bonus Proficiency

When you choose this Monastic Tradition at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with scimitars, and they count as Monk Weapons for you.

Belly Dancer

Starting at 3rd level, you can use your bonus action to perform a dance move. When you do, make a DC 13 Performance check. On a success, you gain one of the following benefits:

  • Belly Roll: rolling and curling your stomach, you move your skin in a way to deflect weapons. You gain a bonus to AC equal to your Charisma modifier until the beginning of your next turn.
  • Shimmy: moving your hips up and down, you become agile and dodge dangerous effects. You gain advantage on all Dexterity saving throws until the beginning of your next turn.
  • Shake: you move your chest side to side, shaking your breasts in an alluring fashion. All sentient male creatures within 30ft must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, each male has disadvantage on Perception checks made to notice creatures other than you and is charmed by you. This lasts for 1 minute, or until they take damage. On a successful save, a creature is immune to this effect for 24 hours. Creatures immune to being charmed are not affected by this ability.

Improved Belly Dance

Beginning at 6th level, the following items are added to your Belly Dancing options:

  • Lift: you thrust your breasts forward and up, moving them so as to show them off as much as possible. One sentient male of your choice within 30ft must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Charisma modifier). On a failed save, they are stunned until the start of your next turn. On a successful save, they are immune to this effect for 24 hours. Creatures immune to being charmed are not affected by this ability.
  • Hand Accenting: you move your hands to draw attention to your breasts, enhancing and mesmerizing your audience. Until the end of your next turn, all Performance checks made to use the Belly Dance ability have advantage, and if you use the Shake or Lift Belly Dance option, you can spend 1 ki points to force creatures to have disadvantage on throws.

Speed Dance

Beginning at 11th level, you can spend 3 ki points when you use your Belly Dance to use two dance moves as one bonus action, but they must be different moves.

Mobile Dance

Beginning at 17th level, you learn to dance constantly. When you use your Belly Dance ability, you can choose to gain the benefits of a Dash or Disengage action. Additionally, when an attack misses you, you can choose to move 5ft away from the attacker without using your reaction or provoking opportunity attacks. When you do this, you can use your Belly Dance ability as a reaction.

gollark: Please stop assuming motives.
gollark: Attempting to "normalize" things by cargo-culting whatever other big servers do is not actually good.
gollark: It is entirely possible to do that without, well, doing the vaguely horrible things which are happening here now. ubq seems to be fine on the [BEES EXPUNGED, THEN EXPUNGED BACKWARD].
gollark: It appears that palaiologos censored all mention of the other server in <#746231084353847366>, fun.
gollark: Or not enough people could bother and it would be very late.
