Way of Invulnerability (5e Subclass)

Way of Invulnerability

Monks who follow the Way of Invulnerability go to extreme lengths to hone their entire bodies to avoid injury as best they can.

Training of the Breath

Starting at 3rd level, your training focuses on your breathing and using your inner strength to resist various forms of damage.
Your armor class increases by 1, and you gain resistance to one of the following damage types: acid, cold, fire, lightning or thunder.

Additionally, when you make a saving throw in which you have proficiency, you can use your reaction to spend 1 ki point and roll your Martial Arts die, adding it to the saving throw.

Training of the Blood

Starting at 6th level, your training has reinforced your blood.
Your armor class increases by an additional +1, and you gain resistance to one of the following damage types: necrotic, poison, psychic, or radiant.

Additionally, when you are hit with a melee attack by a creature that is missing any of its hit points, you can use your reaction to spend 1 ki point and roll your Martial Arts die, reducing the damage you take by that amount.

Training of the Nerve

Starting at 11th level, your training has reinforced your every nerve and fiber.
Your armor class increases by yet another +1, and you gain resistance to one of the following damage types: bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing.

Additionally, at the beginning of your turn, you can spend 1 ki point (no action required) and roll your Martial Arts die, gaining temporary hit points equal to the number rolled.

Training of the Bone

Starting at 17th level, your training has reinforced your body all the way down to the very marrow of your bones.
Your armor class, once again, increases by 1.

You can spend 2 ki points to use Flurry of Blows and Patient Defense as one bonus action.

When you use your Empty Body feature, you gain resistance to force damage and immunity to the damage types you chose for Training of the Breath, Training of the Blood, and Training of the Nerve.
