The power of the sea comes to your aid, allowing you to ride its waves to make an attack without openings.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Primal, Weapon, Conjuration
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee
Target: One creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Wisdom modifier damage.
Increase damage to 2[W] + Wisdom modifier damage at 21st level.
Special: Shift 2 squares in one direction. Make this attack at any point during, before or after the shift.
