Wave of Doom	Fatebinder 4e Power Type::Attack 1
As your enemies fall, you spread their misfortune to the other enemies surrounding you.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Fear, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Immediate Reaction	Burst 10
Trigger: An enemy within burst 10 drops to 0 hp
Target: All enemies within burst 10
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Will
Hit: The target takes -1 to all dice rolls until the end of their next turn.
(multiple penalties in effect on a creature at the same time stack)
