Wave Slash	Elemental Swordsman 4e Power Type::Attack 3
The water imbued in your blade whips out like a wave.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 3
Target: One Creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Dexterity modifier damage.
Effect: Calls the spirit of water.
Two Blade Fighting: You slash with both weapons making you able to choose 2 targets to do a Dexterity Vs. AC attack which deals 1[W] + Dex modifier damage to each.
