4e Power Usage::Daily  Shadow, Implement, Poison, Necrotic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee 1
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d12 + Dexterity modifier necrotic and poison damage.
Miss: Half damage.
Head Form: Hit: The target cannot regain hit points and takes a -2 penalty to Fortitude (save ends both)
