Walk on Air [Racial]

You can fly (hover, maximum altitude 1)
Prerequisite: Djinn
Benefit: You have a fly speed equal to your speed. You can hover such that you can shift and make opportunity attacks while flying and you remain flying even if you do not move. Your maximum altitude is 1 square. If you fly higher than this limit, you crash at the end of your turn. You can only flight if you are carrying a normal load or lighter.
