4e Power Usage::Encounter  Primal, Implement, Lightning
4e Power Action Type::Immediate Reaction	Melee
Trigger: A creature hits you with a melee attack
Target: The creature who hit you
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d8 + wisdom modifier lightning damage and the target is dazed until your next turn
Fire Preferrence: You deal bonus damage equal to your strength modifier. Air Preferrence: The target takes a penalty to attack rolls and speed equal to your Dexterity modifier
