You cover the area with an enchanting, black mist
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Implement, Necrotic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area Burst 2 within 10 squares
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d6 + Intelligence modifier damage.
Effect: All allies within the burst may spend a healing surge if adjacent to a creature that took damage from this power. The burst creates a zone of shadows that lasts until the end of your next turn. While in the zone, all allies gain concealment.
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Minor: Sustain the zone until the end of your next turn.
