Veil of Shadows [Shadar-Kai]
You move about unseen.
Prerequisite: Shadar-Kai
Benefit: You can swap one 1st-level or higher Encounter power you know for the Veil of Shadows power.

| Shadows wrap about you, hiding you from sight as you lurk. | |

| 4e Power Action Type::Move Action | Personal |
| Effect: You turn invisible (until the end of your next turn) and move up to 1/2 your speed. | |
| Special: You cannot use this power while bloodied. At 11th level (and higher) you can move up to your full speed. | |
