User talk:Azeric the Traveller

Hey

Before undoing my edits on pages, could you remember to come back here to tell me what I did wrong and how I could do better next time?

Overpowering Edits

Hi Azeric, I've noticed you've been making several questionable edits that push pages beyond an acceptable level of balance. Try to keep the history of a page in mind and how they match up with other first party races before you make such edits. Thanks. ConcealedLight (talk) 05:52, 17 March 2019 (MDT)

Thanks for telling me. Do you have any advice on how to not make things overpowered, such as limits to the number of attributes or abilities something can have?
Often having a look at the talk page or baring in mind comparative balance between the race you're looking at and the first party races is a good start. There is also learning the various do's and don't which isn't really do's and don't but doing a don't generally means special considerations have to be taken. Reading the relevant guideline for whatever you're looking at is also a good idea which you can view here. DnD Guidelines. ConcealedLight (talk) 04:14, 26 March 2019 (MDT)
gollark: That never happened.
gollark: Not currently.
gollark: I mean, ignoring the unpatched sandbox... unintended features?
gollark: Besides, potatOS is very secure.
gollark: Ignore the heretic.
