Even though you miss, the thundering crack of the discharge is enough to make him flinch.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Martial, Thunder
4e Power Action Type::Free Action	Ranged Weapon
Trigger: You make a ranged attack with a gun and miss
Effect: You re-roll the attack against the target. If it hits, instead of taking damage the target either drops a held item or weapon, or grants combat advantage for the next attack made against it, until the start of your next turn.
Special: If the target is holding more than one weapon or item, than the one to be dropped is determined at random
