Unicorn

Beauty and power never took such an equine form.

Physical Description

Beautiful and regal the unicorns are holy beasts. They can come in any color a horse can, but most common is white. They can look like any breed and even a few look more goat-like with 'goat beards' They have beautiful flowing manes. Their horns, while most commonly gold, can be any color or even multicolor. They usually have blue eyes but any gemstone color is possible.

In size, they are akin to Clydesdales.

They have delicate forms and walk with gentle grace.

Their voices are pure and gentle, as audible light. They have a slight equine, or goat, sound to their voice respective to their appearance.

History

Many years ago, before the war that divided the clans, the unicorns allied themselves with the high elves in an attempt to increase their own magical potential. Now only the art loving Arcane Aria dwell with the high elves. Many years passed and eventually the unicorns started to spread out in their communities joining up with other human, dwarf and other races villages to further their magical study and learn more about the world around them. Unicorns have founded several magical academies since then and have worked on improving magic as a whole

Society

The unicorns were once one people, blind to their clan and physical appearance. Now, however the proud Arcane Aria, and the physically powerful sharphorns live separately with clan matriarchs or patriarchs chosen by merit. Being equine creatures, the vast majority of unicorns eat vegan diets. However, some Sharphorns have been known to eat meat in an attempt to unnerve members of the other clans. the other exception is unicorn liches are usually carnivorous.

Unicorn Names

Most unicorns are named for the color of their coat and something that describes their personality e.i. a blue chaotic good bard from the Arcane Aria could be named Midnight Blues or Blue Queen, while the Sharphorns are usually named after the great warrior clans of other races
