Unbearable Plagues	Tsuku-Master 4e Power Type::Attack 19
The demon known by the title Yakubyo-gami sends forth an aura of torture and misery upon those you wish dead.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Divine, Implement, Cold, Necrotic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 3 within 20 squares
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 3d6 + Charisma modifier cold and necrotic damage.
Effect: The burst creates a zone of misery that lasts until the end of your next turn. A creature that enters the zone or starts its turn there takes 2d6 + your Charisma modifier necrotic and cold damage, and is weakened (save ends).
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Minor: The zone persists.
Oni-Obake: If a creature marked by your tsuku-aura happens to get damaged by the first part of this attack, then that same target is also immobilized until the end of your next turn. Noppera-Obake: You may choose to have you or an adjacent ally shift a number of squares equal to your Constitution modifier after making this attack.
