Twilight Shifting [Racial]

Move through difficult terrain, do not provoke opportunity attacks in dim light

Prerequisite: Twili, Dex 15

Benefit: As long as you are in dim or darker light, you can move through difficult terrain as if it was normal terrain, and you do not provoke opportunity attacks while moving.
