Benefit: You gain the Twili Frenzy power.

Twili Frenzy	Feat Power
You spin around, mercilessly slashing at your foes and flinging them from side to side.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 1
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Dexterity or Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity or Strength modifier damage, and you slide the target 1 square.
