Tulani (3.5e Bloodline)

A trulani eladrin by Tony DiTerlizzi for Planescape 2e

Tulani Bloodline

At some point in your family's history, one of your ancestors was seduced by a tulani; one of the fabled faerie lords of the Court of Stars. Though most of your family seem normal, you have always felt your own skin is a prison from which magic allows you to escape. Your birthright is a secret you may be forced to keep from societies that would never deal with you if your tainted heritage were known even if your ancestor was a powerful force for good.

¹ Magic Feat: You may select a feat from the following list: Combat Casting, Greater Spell Focus, Greater Spell Penetration, Magical Aptitude, Skill Focus (Knowledge (choose one), Spellcraft, or Use Magic Device), Spell Focus, Spell Mastery, Spell Penetration, or any item creation or metamagic feat. You must meet the prerequisites for any of these feats before selecting them. For nonmagicians, that usually means you are limited to the Magical Aptitude and Skill Focus feats.
² Fey Affinity: You gain the indicated bonus on all Bluff, Diplomacy, Gather Information, Intimidate, Perform, and Sense Motive checks made to interact with the eladrin and other fey creatures.
³ Otherworldly: Normally this feat (found in the Player's Guide to Faerûn) is only available at 1st level. This is a special case in which the tulani bloodline takes a little longer than normal for the effects to manifest, depending on how potent the bloodline is. It can also be applied to any fey, humananoid, monstrous humanoid, or outsider race, as opposed to the standard racial limitations. If this is somehow inappropriate, replace it with the Otherworldly Countenance feat from Fiendish Codex 1 or Persuasive.

gollark: *On* the hour? I don't see anything, and it's now a bit after the hour.
gollark: Oh, okay.
gollark: Isn't it just an eternal battleground or something?
gollark: Wait, a gift? In snow wars?
gollark: Ah, so definitely other garlands then.
