You really bug your enemies by temporarily switching places with an ally.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Divine
4e Power Action Type::Minor Action	Ranged 10
Target: A willing ally you can see within range
Effect: You and the ally switch places on the map until the end of your turn. You may use a standard and move action while your places are switched. At the end of your turn, you and your ally are teleported back to the same squares they were on before this power was used.
