Trickster Tunes [Racial]

Pookas are an inherently musical lot, taking to the art of song, dance and melody with a diligence not seen in any other pursuit they practice - except perhaps for the art of trickery. Fortunately, they have found a way to combine their love of music with their love of mischief.

Prerequisite: Pooka, possess any Woodwind instrument (flute, pan flute, ocarina, bagpipes etc).

Benefit: You can swap one 1st-level or higher Encounter attack power you know for the Trickster Tunes attack power. You can play a trickster tune as an encounter power with your Woodwind instrument. You choose one tune when you first take this feat, and you can swap one 1st-level or higher Encounter attack power you know to gain an additional tune instead of gaining a new Feat when you gain a level that grants one. The list of trickster tunes can be found below.

Special: These tunes cannot be retrained, those selected remain with the character for the entire length of their existence.

You vex, dazzle and confusticate your enemies with this mindboggling melody.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Implement
4e Power Action Type::Move Action	Close Burst 5 (targets enemies)
Requirement: Woodwind
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: Target is Stunned until the end of the Pooka's next turn.
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Move: The Pooka must make a new attack roll when it sustains this attack.
Special: Deafened creatures are immune.

Lackaday Lullaby Trickster Tune	Pooka Racial Power
A gentle, lilting lullaby fills the minds of your enemies with slumberous fogs.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Implement, Sleep
4e Power Action Type::Move Action	Close Burst 5 (targets enemies)
Requirement: Woodwind
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: Target is Helpless until the end of the Pooka's next turn.
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Move: The Pooka must make a new attack roll when it sustains this attack.
Special: Deafened creatures are immune.

Wellaway Warble Trickster Tune	Pooka Racial Power
The resolve of your enemies is curbed by this fearsome war-tune.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Implement, Fear
4e Power Action Type::Move Action	Close Burst 5 (targets enemies)
Requirement: Woodwind
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: Target is Weakened until the end of the Pooka's next turn.
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Move: The Pooka must make a new attack roll when it sustains this attack.
Special: Deafened creatures are immune.

Swoopstake Satire Trickster Tune	Pooka Racial Power
An insulting musical farce causes your flabbergasted enemies to hesitate.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Implement, Fear
4e Power Action Type::Move Action	Close Burst 5 (targets enemies)
Requirement: Woodwind
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: Target is Slowed until the end of the Pooka's next turn.
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Move: The Pooka must make a new attack roll when it sustains this attack.
Special: Deafened creatures are immune.
