4e Power Action Type::Minor Action	Close Burst of Your Charisma modifier
Effect: You gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier and gain a +2 to your attack rolls until the end of the encounter. Secondary Effect: All allies in the burst gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier
