You call out to the wind, and it screams through your blade causing painfully loud booms leaving your foe shellshocked.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Primal, Thunder, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee
Target: One creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 3[W] + Wisdom modifier damage the creature is defeaned and stunned (save ends).
Miss: Half damage, creature is deafened and stunned (save ends)
Air Preferrence: If the attack hits then your opponent takes a penalty to saves against the above conditions equal to your dexterity modifier.
