Throat Jab	Fist Master 4e Power Type::Attack 7
You hit right in your opponent throat, half-choking him.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2[W] + dexterity modifier damage, ongoing 3 damage and target is dazed (save ends both).
Miss: half damage, no other effect
Special: Enemies wearing plate armors (or similar protection) have protection on their throat. On those, you only deal half damage and no other effect on a hit, and nothing happens on a miss.
