The Windrunner (4e Paragon Path)

You have never been the serious sort of person and even though you have dedicated years of your life training to be able to wield the power of the elements within your blade, you still have that element of playfullness and spontaneity. The spirit of the wind is similar to you and for once feels that it has found a person worthy of the title 'The Windrunner'. Many have attempted to wield the power of the wind in similar ways before you, but none have mastered it as well as you.

You cannot catch me, for I am swift like the breeze!

Prerequisite: Elemental Swordsman (4e Class)

Quick on your feet, swift with your blade are the two things which describe you best. Your mastery of the wind doesn't stem from your tight control of your actions and rigorous training; it is rather because you play with the wind, letting it flow where it pleases and going along for the ride.

Your foes beware or they may find your blade run through them in the blink of an eye.

The Windrunner Path Features

Spontaneous Movement (11th Level): When you spend an Action point to take an extra action, you also gain a move action which you must use on that turn.
The Windrunner (11th Level): You gain a +1 bonus to speed and once per encounter when you would call the spirit of the wind you can instead call upon The Windrunner's Wind until the end of your next turn:
