Beast

Physical Description

When in the darkness of the forest, the beast is always in silhouette. They appear to have a humanoid shape with a head and cloak-covered body. They also appears to have antlers. There eyes usually glow bright white, but they can also appear with red pupils and sclera colored yellow, light yellow, and light blue.

History

The origins of The Beast is unknown.

Society

There has not been a beast that has seen another of its kind and this races is so unknown that there only has been one ever seen

Race Names

They don't have names or rather they have only have nicknames and titles

The Beast Traits

Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 2, and one ability score of your choice increases by one.
Age. They do not age as long as they keep there soul alive.
Alignment. They could be any alignment but they lean towards chaotic
Size. They can be from 7 to 12 foot tall
Speed. Your base walking speed is 40 feet.
Darkvision. Your darkvision has a range of 120 feet.
Sunlight Sensitivity.. You have disadvantage on attack rolls and Wisdom (Perception) checks when you, the target of your attack, or whatever you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.
Elemental Adept feat. When you gain this feat, choose one of the following damage types: acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder.

Spells you cast ignore resistance to damage of the chosen type. In addition, when you roll damage for a spell you cast that deals damage of that type, you can treat any 1 on a damage die as a 2.

You can select this feat multiple times. Each time you do so, you must choose a different damage type.
Darkness. Casting Time: 1 action Range: 60 feet and you can do this once per longrest Magical darkness spreads from a point you choose within range to fill a 30 foot radius sphere for the duration. The darkness spreads around corners. A creature with darkvision can't see through this darkness, and nonmagical light can't illuminate it.

If the point you choose is on an object you are holding or one that isn't being worn or carried, the darkness emanates from the object and moves with it. Completely covering the source of the darkness with an opaque object, such as a bowl or a helm, blocks the darkness.
Soul bound. you find it better to have your soul in something you can watch but you must take care of it, you can put your soul in a fire or something of that sort and the flame will turn white but if the flame goes out you will die but nothing nonmagical can put the flame out and the flame burns 5 times longer than regular flames, or rather if you want your soul in your body, you must atleast consume small to large creatures small last 1 month medium last 3 months and large last 6 months till you must consume another creature.
charismatic. due to the odd lifestyle you don't like fighting everything that comes in your way, you gain expert in persuasion and advantage on all charisma checks
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
