Terror of the Akki	Tsuku-Master 4e Power Type::Attack 1
Coming to your aid is the vicious type of oni known as an akki.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Divine, Implement, Necrotic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 2
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d8 + Charisma modifier necrotic damage, and the target takes 5 ongoing necrotic damage (save ends).
Miss: Half damage.
If you hit a target marked by your tsuku-aura with this attack, you may have that target take an extra amount of necrotic damage equal to your Constitution modifier, and the target gets a -1 on any one defense of your choice until the end of your next turn.
