4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity modifier. Target is dazed until the end of your next turn.
On a critical, target is stunned instead of dazed.
