Tempest Hop [Racial]

Knock enemies prone when you use your spirited updraft power.

Prerequisite: Level 21, Avern, spirited updraft racial power

Benefit: When you use your spirited updraft power, if you are standing on solid ground, adjacent enemies are knocked prone before your movement. At the end of your movement, if you land, adjacent enemies are knocked prone.
