Tantanbo, a giant, mystical stone golem, appears right in front of an enemy and glares at it magically, all while throwing huge boulders at other surrounding foes.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Divine, Implement, Force, Psychic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 5
Primary Target: One creature
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Will
Hit: 3d10 + Intelligence modifier psychic damage, and the target is petrified (See page 277 of the first player's handbook for more information.) (Save ends.)
Secondary Target: Three creatures within 5 squares of the primary target.
Secondary Attack: Intelligence Vs. Reflex.
Hit: 2d10 + Intelligence modifier force damage.
Tertiary Target: One other creature, besides any of the secondary targets, within 5 squares of the primary target.
Tertiary Attack: Intelligence Vs. Reflex.
Hit: 1d10 + Intelligence modifier force damage.
