Talk:White Cleric (3.5e Class)
Quite Overpowered
Wow o.O Don't get me wrong, I like the premise, but the potential for this to be abused is far too high. It gains way too many feats and special abilities. Not to mention that a twentieth level White Cleric that has four arms, there are several ways to get them, and the multi-weapon fighting feats can kill an ECL 50 deity in one round. With that "Miss on One" ability, a level 20 White Cleric with 4 arms would hit a creature 16 times in one turn without worrying about their Ac, and this is without whatever enchantments are on the blade, or whatever weapon based feats they took to further enhance their weapon damage. I could see making a character with this class easily doing a minimum of 100 damage a turn, without critical's. So it definitely needs to be de-buffed, a lot.
- This thing has many many issues and major problems. First the attack progression is messed up (the epic handbook spells out that at most you will receive 4 base attacks), nothing is actually explained, half of the abilities are written in a way they are unplayable or don't work off the rules (like the ability that makes you shaken - except the negatives are way higher than being under the rules), dragon strike needs removed you don't get free armor destruction even with prestige classes. Miss on 1 and respect are both obscene and need to be removed as well. This thing goes so far out on a limb for what a base class represents it isn't even in the realm of being playable.
