A few things that I think should be changed, #1 Ability scores, it should be +1,+2 or +1,+1,+1 so either make subrace +1, or cha +1 #2 the heavenly wisdom while it does thematically make sense all attack rolls is for me a bit too strong, maybe attack rolls w/ piercing and slashing I don't know.
