Talk:Theron Enslavers (5e Creature)

Might I ask why all the saves were lowered? I understand that, yes, they are generally based on ability scores and proficiency, but do they need to be in this case? The creature is supposed to be, more or less, an animal with an abnormally high resistance to mind based effects. It isn't very smart, but Intelligence based effects aren't supposed to hamper it really. But, as it is right now, it's got the same resistance to those effects as a 1st level wizard with 10 intelligence.

I don't find it really fitting to do this. Does every creature always have to follow the exact rules?--SwankyPants (talk) 08:02, 13 October 2020 (MDT)
