Re-starting construction

Well, after a long absence and abandoning the setting, I've finally begun working on it again. However, I don't know how to create a table, so until I figure that out or someone gives me a hand, Feats and Flaws are out of the question as is... every other freaking thing. I found this today and have been wanting to start work on a Zelda Campaign Setting. So I will be working on bits and pieces, I have made a few tables before, but I don't know how to automatically generate things. We will have to set those in manually. ~ SilentPC 9:47 PM, 18 April 2013 (CST)

gollark: It wouldn't allow teleporting. Unless you could ship spatial IO cells by drone or railgun.
