I'm concerned about the power level of this race. 300 foot darkvision is just way beyond what anything in first-party material has (the highest PCs can get is 120 from the dark elf). The 10 ft/lvl fly speed is also rather ridiculous; the aarakocra has a 50 ft/rd fly speed as basically its only trait, and it's considered very powerful to the point of being game-warping. Permanent truesight of any value is way too good, as temporary truesight (albeit at a longer range) is first available as a 6th-level spell, which characters don't get until 11th character level, and this race gets permanent truesight from level 1. Also at 1st level, this race's breath weapon is as powerful as an 11th level dragonborn's, and with this race getting an extra 2d6 damage on the breath weapon every level, the damage numbers become extremely absurd, extremely fast. It also looks like this race will have subraces which grant additional stat increases on top of the total +3 the base race gets. +2 to one stat/+1 to another stat is the standard for 5e races, and from the +5 total it looks like this race is intended to get, it pushes the race even further toward overpoweredness (is that a word? idk). A natural 1d8 light weapon also is beyond the natural weapons that any first-party race gets; it's stronger even than the UA minotaur's 1d10. This page's crunch needs a complete rewrite to be even close to usable.
