Talk:Entings (3.5e Race)

Does this race deserve a minus to dex?

Hello. I was looking over this race, and came across the minus to Dex. Should a enting (big tree) get a minus to dex, or a minus to CHA (or something like that)? Ideas? --Green Dragon 14:39, 5 June 2006 (MDT)

If They're Humanoid...

If this race is Humanoid, what is their subtype (which is required)? I'm assuming Elf is appropriate, unless the Type itself is changed to Fey. (Sorry, I'm editing Categories at the bottom of each race page and I'm on Type kick right now.) --Oneiros 11:06, 30 June 2006 (MDT)

Dexterity penalty and creature type

As humanoids I think their subtype should be entings. Rare species such as gnomes have their own subtype too. But it's not something I care about. You can give it whatever subtype you see fit. (should entings be too small a group for instance.)

As to the dexterity penalty: It's not that I see them as slow creatures, I just saw their tough bark-like hide as slightly obstructive in their movements.

gollark: Google basically just unilaterally *writes* half of those and is WebBluetooth really a good idea?
gollark: <@189014181721276416> You should support HTTPS (this is not currently required by GEORGE procedure, but I'd like it if you did).
gollark: Postgres search somehow lacks TF-IDF. I mean, why even?
gollark: Perhaps GEORGE could include a random website feature and search. I could fix the search engine and downscale it.
gollark: Via abuse of certain poorly designed HTTP features, we are able to use arbitrary webservers (part of the GEORGE ring) to perform computation.
