Weapon Proficiencies

If these halfbreeds are outcasts, would they really have received racial weapon training? Doesn't seem to fit fluffwise. Marasmusine 04:51, 31 December 2011 (MST)

I'm renaming the race to "Eladrin-Elf" since "half-elf, half-eladrin" doesn't exactly roll off the tongue. Any objections let me know and I'll move it back. Marasmusine 03:58, 15 March 2012 (MDT)
